Ammanford's High Street was closed to allow the Air Ambulance to convey a man to hospital
A 49-year-old man was airlifted to hospital after collapsing while working at a property on the corner of High Street and Union Street, Ammanford.
Officers from Dyfed-Powys Police were called to the scene at 1.50pm and closed High Street to allow Wales Air Ambulance to land in order to convey the man to hospital.
High Street was reopened to all traffic shortly after 2.30pm.
