NEW TRACKS to help nature lovers at a Llandovery beauty spot are to be considered by planners at Carmarthenshire County Council
The RSPB are looking to create the tracks at Gwenffrwd-Dinas nature reserve near Rhandirrmwyn.
PERMISSION is being sought for a single storey extension to provide a room for a ground source heat pump system for a bungalow already approved for construction at Penlan, Llansawel.
The plans have been submitted to Carmarthenshire County Council by agents Martin Watts Ltd on behalf of B and M Davies of Llandeilo.
PLANNERS will also consider a submission to increase the size of a downstairs bedroom and bathroom and the construction of a pitched roof at Beudy Bach, Llansawel, after plans were submitted by Roger Lambert.
PERMISSION for a new track, for transporting timber at Clos Uchaf Woodland, Drefach is being sought from Carmarthenshire County Council planners from UPM Tilhill on behalf of Gareth Wadell.
CARMARTHENSHIRE County Council planners are to consider permission for plans for a single-storey side extension to house a disabled-adapted bedroom, en-suite and medical store at 1 Trem Y Garn, Bethlehem, submitted by Davies Richards design ltd on behalf of Freya Hope Phillips.
RETROPSECTIVE planning for a stable, small hay barn and tack room on a concrete base with stone hard standing at Penybanc Farm, Llannon, is to be considered by Carmarthenshire County Council after the application was submitted by Iona Morgan of Llannon.
