RED COW: A plan has been lodged to convert the upper story of the Llandybie pub into living accommodation.
A NEW FLAT could be created at the site of s former Llandybie pub.
Aspect Development is looking for permission from Carmarthenshire County Council planners to create an independent flat at the site of the former Red Cow Inn of High Street.
Permission has already been granted for a change of use from pub to retail unit at the site and the new plans would see a two bedroom flat being created from a vacant element of the building that will be otherwise redundant in the new use of the building.
