COLLISION: Firefighters used hydraulic cutting equipment to free woman from her car on A40 near Manordeilo.
FIREFIGHTERS cut a woman free after a one-car collision on the A40 Manordeilo on Friday night.
Two crews from Llandeilo and Llandovery attended the collision to free the woman in her 50s from the saloon car.
A Welsh Fire Service spokeswoman said: “We were called to an incident and the driver door had to be removed using hydraulic cutting equipment at around 10.20pm.
“The woman received first aid and oxygen therapy at the scene.”
The extent of her injuries are not known.
