Ammanford man caught with cannabis

A 56-YEAR-OLDAmmanford man who was caught with more than five ounces of herbal cannabis and a lump of cannabis resin has been fined £110.
Arwyn Kevin Walters, of 7 Parcyrhun, was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £85 by Llanelli magistrates and a victim surcharge of £15.
Walters admitted possessing 153.1 grammes of herbal cannabis and 23.88 grammes of cannabis resin at Bishop Road, Ammanford, on February 10.
