A DREFACH mother-of-two with a history of diabetes, heart disease and mental issues, was found dead on the floor of her flat by a policeman who forced his way inside after support workers reported her missing, a Llanelli inquest heard.
Paula Sarah Evans, 34, of 19 Nant-y-Derwen, was found to have consumed a large amount of paracetamol, the court was told.
But recording a narrative verdict, Carmarthenshire coroner Mark Layton said while Ms Evans had taken an overdose the question of intent was unclear.
