THE appeal of the teenager convicted of the savage murder of Kelly Hyde is now expected to go ahead at London's High Court of Appeal next Wednesday (October 21).
Adrian Jones was just 16 when 24-year-old Ms Hyde was battered to death while walking her pet dog in woods near Pantyffynnon in September 2007.
The Guardian understands that Jones's appeal centres around the judge's summing-up at the end of the 16-day trial.
