A TOWY Valley choir are among four from who have reached the semi-finals of S4C’s Welsh choirs’ competition Côr Cymru 2009.
A total of 18 choirs from all over Wales will compete in five categories in the semi-finals at Aberystwyth Arts Centre.
It is televised on S4C from Saturday, February 28, with the final at the same venue shown live on S4C on Sunday, April 5.
Bois y Castell from Llandeilo - formed to compete in the National Eisteddfod in Llandeilo in 1996 - will be contesting the Male Voice Choirs’ competition.
