A MAN has denied causing almost £1,000-worth of damage to a taxi in Ammanford.

Barry Llewellyn, 42, of Pantyffynnon Road in Ammanford, was charged with criminal damage at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court.

Llewellyn was accused of damaging a taxi on Station Road in Ammanford on August 12. The damage was said to have been worth £900.

He pleaded not guilty, and appeared at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on March 7.

The case will next be before the court on March 14.
