POLICE are investigating an alleged theft of a trailer in Ammanford.

Dyfed-Powys Police received a report that the padlock of a yard on Pentwyn Road was broken between Tuesday, February 6 and Wednesday, February 7, and a trailer was stolen.

The trailer has been described as being 10ft x 5ft, with the ability to tip, with a steel body and is twin wheeled. The trailer was displaying a number plate ending EZF, but this could have been removed.

It is estimated that the trailer is worth around £3,000.
