AN AMMANFORD shoplifter was back in court after stealing chocolate from Home Bargains.
David Nicklin was ordered to pay £99.50 in compensation and a £250 fine, as well as £185 in costs and a surcharge, on February 6 at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court after he admitted stealing alcohol from Co-op in Ammanford on October 16 and 29.
But days later, on February 13, he was back in court accused of shoplifting from Ammanford’s Home Bargains store on December 23.
It was alleged he had stolen chocolate worth £39 from the shop.

Nicklin, 34, of High Street, pleaded guilty to shoplifting.
He was fined £40, and must pay £39 in compensation and £85 in costs.
