A SHOPLIFTER swiped almost £100-worth of alcohol from Co-op in Ammanford.
David Nicklin, 34, of High Street in the town, appeared at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court charged with two offences of shoplifting.
Nicklin was accused of stealing alcohol worth £52.50 from the store on October 16.
It’s alleged that he then stole £47-worth of alcohol from the same shop on October 29.

He pleaded guilty to both offences at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on February 6.
Nicklin was ordered to pay £99.50 in compensation, a £250 fine, costs of £85 and a £100 surcharge.
