Local MP Adam Price has spoken of his disappointment that the Government has rejected his calls for the establishment of a fuel regulator.

A Plaid proposal had intended to provide relief for motorists and industry from soaring fuel prices.

Mr Price says he is especially disappointed that the proposals were rejected as hauliers prepare for further demonstrations as fuel prices continue to push their businesses to the brink of financial ruin.

"I am hugely disappointed that this measure was not supported by the Government," he said.

"I feel bitterly disappointed for haulier companies that have been in contact with me stressing the trouble they have had keeping pace with the cost of petrol."

"The establishing of a fuel regulator, which was fully supported by the Road Haulage Association, would have made a real difference to the cost of living not just of businesses but for everyone."

Why are you so "hugely disappointed" that the government rejected your plea of a fuel regulator Mr Price? How can you speak about the hardships being faced by haulage companies in their efforts to basically survive.Your party is in bed with this government at the welsh assembly and holds exactly the same views as the Tories/Liberals and Labour on the European Union which is bleeding us dry and removing our identity as Welsh and British citizens by the hour.We are losing Post Offices, being taxed to the hilt, being swamped with immigrants which we have no room for and do not need. All this is a direct result of your party and the other failed parties stance on Europe, nothing else.

So lets have no more Crocodile tears or cheap publicity stunts Mr Price. We don't need them. What we need is the British National Party who are the only party that would reduce fuel tax, withdraw from Europe, get our borders back, make our farmers welcome again by aiming for greater self sufficiency and most importantly spending OUR taxes on OUR people in OUR country.

I don't know if you understand the workings at Westminster Mr Edwards. I seriously doubt you do. But I don't think it’s a publicity stunt to put forward a proposal like this. If it had been voted in it would have established a fuel regulator. Something I know road haulers I am friends with would like to see. Are you opposed to working with road haulers? If you oppose this idea (supported by the road haulage association) clearly that is the case.

As for your comments that plaid have the same views as the Tories/lib dems and labour at Westminster clearly that isn’t the case or there would be no disappointment with the vote? Where do you get your bizarre interpretations from I don't know?

Mr Jones.

Thank you for your reply.I have taken on board what you say.

Sadly I understand the workings of Westminster very well. They debate, they huff and they puff and basically get us no where. Our elected Mp's are more interested in filling their wheel barrows full of our money. They have just voted to keep the way that they continue to claim their vast expenses. This to me is nothing more than "State sanctioned theft."

At one time MP's had some respect from the public not anymore. These "money grabbing misfits" are completely out of touch with what is happening in the real world. Nowadays they only represent themselves not you and me.

I am aware totally of what our hauliers are going through at the present time. One haulier I spoke to recently stated that his fuel bill had increased by £36,000 in the last six months and he is literally just holding things together by his fingertips.

Certainly a fuel regulator would have helped but that would have been a short term fix.

The answer quite simply is to cut fuel tax for everybody now. The British National Party is the only political party who state this as a pledge in their manifesto. This is not a gimmick, we don't need them. This policy has been in our manifesto for years.

With regard to Plaid being the same as the Tories/Labour and the LibDems at Westminster or anywhere else, well quite simply yes they are. All of them are rabidly pro the Europen Union and support this governments policy on it. The BNP don't.

No one from the failed gang of four have raised any objection to the additional £480 million pounds just given in aid to Pakistan a few days ago. I never heard Adam Price say what I would be saying which is, "What about aid at home, how come we can't use this money to help our hauliers, build sheltered housing to protect rural areas, increase pensions with it, the list goes on. It's our taxes remember that this government is giving away and Plaid are doing nothing about it.

Every other party is just to afraid to question this apart from us in the BNP.

So where would you have prefered this money to go Mr Jones? Pakistan or Penygroes?

I know my answer, what's yours ?

Best Wishes

To Mr.Jones of Llandeilo: I don't know what planet you live on, but surely you can't be so naiive as not to realise the extent of the squalid and shameful demise of our so-called democracy ? Plaid and Labour working hand-in-glove together in the Assembly ? Tory, Plaid, Labour and Libdems all working together to hand over our country to a foreign power without giving us a vote ? Ever tried asking the Tories why they are formally and officially signed up to a state funded communist organisation whose agenda is to interfere in the democratic process ? - as are their fellow colleagues in Plaid, Labour and Libdems. Did you know that Plaid's Daffydd Ellis Thomas is not only the presiding officer of the Assembly, but also the president of an organisation called 'searchlight' whose chairman is secretary of the communist party of GB ? Ever realised that with fuel and energy prices rising through the roof as it is, over 60% of it is direct income for Gordon Brown in the form of tax, and in the same year, the oil companies are breaking all previous records posting their biggest profits ever ? Ever wondered why virtually all fuel and energy companies in the UK are now foreign owned ? Yes, I know how Westminster works - over 80% of our laws are no longer made there and although our 'MPs' are virtually redundant they can certainly jump to it when it comes to voting themselves grossly corrupt allowances and expense claims from the taxpayer. Strange isn't it that somehow the rate of exchange between Sterling and the EUro is drawing close to one-to-one ? This is why when people like Plaid's Adam Price utter ineffectual, meaningless and frankly useless soundbites about such things as fuel regulators, their only real purpose is as publicity stunts. What next ? Welsh Assembly politicians to stop the Post Office closures ? Why on earth do you think the establishment doesn't want you to vote BNP ? Check it out: www.bnp.org.uk

Rebecca...or should I say Kevin in disguise, your response is straight from the BNP troll book. It is becoming a joke that any and every story on here is full of comments (for the most part which have nothing to do with the original article) simply saying, Europeans bad, Pakistani aid is bad, BNP good!

Seriously it is bizarre and disappointing that the Guardian is so keen and interested in promoting the BNP's comments on this website and in its letters column. What was once a very good local paper is starting to become the mouth piece for fascism and racist views?

I for one will no longer be reading it.

Mr Jones.

Sorry to disappoint you but Rebecca is not me. I don't dress up in womens clothing for anyone or anything.I don't know who the people who voice their opinion are that seem to upset you so much, but their comments are very welcome.

It is no surprise to me that so many people are voicing their support towards the BNP. In the real world ordinary people are sick and tired of the traditional useless parties. They have failed everyone badly surely you must agree with that ?

The only comment that I will make regarding your attacks on the BNP with the usual old garbage is this. When you need to do that you have nothing more constructive to say. Therefore you have lost the arguement and the points that I have made you subconsciously know to be true.

With regards to the Guardian, although it gets less every day I believe we are still a democratic country and still have laws regarding free speech.

You didn't answer my question either where would you prefer the £480 million pounds of our taxes to be spent,Pakistan or Penygroes ?

I await your reply.

Rebecca/Kevin

The question only shows how narrow minded you are. Firstly please give a breakdown of the £480M that you have quoted. Let’s not just make up numbers. Secondly unlike you, I do believe in international aid. If a country has suffered an earthquake and millions of people are under threat of death I think it is a positive thing that Wales plays a part in helping.

Now will you answer me some questions?

How can you claim your party is not racist yet your leader Nick Griffin has held a number of meetings with former leaders of the Ku Klux Klan?

Why do you use the fact your fellow BNP member is Jewish as a badge of honour when your leader Nick Griffin denies the holocaust even existed? He even stated once...

"I am well aware that the orthodox opinion is that six million Jews were gassed and cremated and turned into lampshades. Orthodox opinion also once held that the world is flat ... I have reached the conclusion that the 'extermination' tale is a mixture of Allied wartime propaganda, extremely profitable lie, and latter witch-hysteria."

Do you share this view?

Why do you claim to represent everyone when your party's manifesto states that all members must be Indigenous Caucasian? If I am black or Asian am I not Welsh?

Why do you claim not to be racist when In 2006, the party's deputy chairman Scott McLean was shown on the TV documentary "Nazi Hate Rock" making Hitler salutes at a white-supremacist cross-burning ceremony where intensely racist songs were sung and jokes made about Auschwitz?

I now look forward to your answers. And if you are not ashamed of your party then you will not deny them. And if you are not racist in anyway you will condemn the leadership of your party for the actions highlighted above.

Councillor Kevin Edwards, Penygroes says...

Mr Jones.

I am more than happy to reply. www.timesonline.co.u

k dated 4 july will give you the full story. Douglas Alexander is the culprit and out of the £480 million £250 million is earmarked for education.Sorry to disappoint you but it has got nothing to do with earthquakes.

You show your true colours since you consider it OK for us to keep throwing money at foreign countries while the wheels are coming off BIG time in this country. Are you therefore saying that our taxes are not deserving of our own people. That is the typical reaction from a Plaid supporter who's party is no different to the rest. Have you never heard of charity begins at home ?

You have still not answered my question where should this £480 million go Pakistan or Penygroes?

With regard to the rest of your questions very tiresome and boring, is that the best you can do. The Black Police federation is not called racist for representing only black people. The Black Law Society chaired by Labour MP Keith Vaz and the Black Police association are other examples. The Jewish board of deputies are not called racist for only representing Jews. The British National Party is no different to the above examples and are not racist.

Did you know that the Race Relations Act specifically makes allowances for and recognises any organisation with more than 50 members to be inclusive and work for the interests of that group? Therefore we are a legal and democratic political party and are endorsed as such under the Race Relations Act.

Therefore I find the rest of your posting irrelevant and will treat it with the contempt that it deserves. Are you per chance a member of the Plaid/Communist/Labo
ur sponsored Searchlight Organisation who's job it is to spread lies and garbage about the BNP ?

Mr. Jones, why does our 'government' have to send our taxpayers money to Pakistan for their education and earthquake relief ? Pakistan is a country which finances it's own nuclear weapons programme and space research programme, as well as hosting a safe refuge for al-quaeda and anti-west islamic fundamentalist terrorists.
Also, how can you suddenly make an irrational assumption of who I am supposed to be ? These days we don't blacken our faces and wear petticoats, and whilst I may be one of a host of others, I am certainly not Cllr.Kevin Edwards.

Just as i thought Rebecca/Kevin you did not have the courage to address these questions. The truth is not a vote winner i guess.

Your colleague Michael Green wrote in the Guardian this week that you would be happy to be asked about your views on your belifes. I guess that was an empty gesture given your refusal to answer these questions.

Councillor Kevin Edwards, Penygroes says...

Sorry Mr Jones.

I have answered your questions the BNP is only thought of as racist by members of Searchlight like yourself. Please read again my previous posting regarding the BNP and the race relations act.

For your information myself and Michael Green know Nick Griffin very well. Two weeks ago we were at a summer school and we spoke to Nick on several occassions. He has no problems with Michaels ethnicity neither does he have a problem with Councillor Pat Richardson who is also Jewish. The BNP have hundreds of members of Jewish origin all welcome and making a massive contribution to the success of the party. Did you know that we are the fastest growing party in the UK ? Did you also know that our website receives 51% of the hits of all the UK's political party websites. That amounts to over 15,000 a day. Well you do now.

Your constant reference to Michaels ethnic origin is in my opinion pure gutter racism. Why are you so infatuated by this ? No one in the BNP cares.

Finally do you really give a hoot about what happens to the people of Wales ? Then answer my question which is not innuendo, and nonsense.

Where would you prefer the £480 million pounds of our tax money to go, Pakistan or Penygroes ?

Stop being a "Keyboard Coward" and answer the question.

Clearly you have failed to understand the words of my post so I shall put them up here again?

How can you claim your party is not racist yet your leader Nick Griffin has held a number of meetings with former leaders of the Ku Klux Klan?

Why do you use the fact your fellow BNP member is Jewish as a badge of honour when your leader Nick Griffin denies the holocaust even existed? He even stated once...

None of these questions have been answered?

"Your constant reference to Michaels ethnic origin is in my opinion pure gutter racism"

I mentioned Mr Green's ethnic origin just once in connection to the racial slurs relating to Jewish people as spoken by your party leader. Clearly you have mistaken speaking about race and being racist. Do you not know how to do one without the other?

Also I am not a member of searchlight (whatever that is?) and if you seriously think the wider world do not believe the BNP are racist then you are even more politically incompetant than your drubbing at the council election would suggest.

What is important is where do you believe the £480 million pounds should go Pakistan or Penygroes ? It's a simple question without any slurs or innuendos. Rebecca/Kevin,

My friends are killing themselves laughing at the fact you can not defend your own parties stance on a number of issues. They are rolling around on the floor at the hypocrisy of your comments. The fact you can not defend Nick Griffin or your parties stance on a whole range of issues!!

You have really shown yourself up here! These are not slurs or innuendo's. These questions are based on your parties manifesto and quotes taken directly from Nick Griffin. These are his and your parties wording! If you wont comment on them then you really have confirmed what I believed. You can not defend the BNP stance! Thank you sir!

oh my gosh will u 2 get a grip il answer the question id rather it went 2 penygroes.
at the end of the day if it was us who needed the financial help would they help us no they wouldnt.
i think theres a hell of a lot of places where that kind of money could be spent at home.
why should we be paying our taxes to support another country when i struggle 2 send my own children 2 school everyday(school meals for 4 children between £40-£50)
as for the BNP if they promise things that seem better than any other party then i know who il be voting for and its nothing 2 do with being racist it has more to do with the fact that i believe we need to concentrate more on where we belong and not on anyone els.im sick of seeing ppl come into this country and get things handed on a plate to them that i and my family struggle everyday for that ranges for using the NHS to housing to benefits and to tax bands to name but a few

As for needing to have things spent on us Plaid cymru are the party of Wales. The BNP are the party of Britain. Plaid only have one dedication and that is to Wales. You are ruled by the BNP centrally from England?

You still have yet to address any of the questions based on direct racisit quotes from your leader Nick Griffin by the way Rebecca/Kevin?
