A MAN has been banned from driving for failing to provide a blood sample.
William Thomas, 32, of Marine Drive, Sandfields, Neath Port Talbot, admitted failing to provide a sample for analysis at Llanelli Magistrates Court on December 1.
He committed the offence in Ammanford on November 11 when he was the driver of a vehicle and was required to provide a blood sample for analysis in the course of an investigation but he did not.
He was banned from driving for 17-months and ordered to carry out 100 hours unpaid work and was made the subject of a community order.
He also had to pay £114 surcharge and £85 costs.
