PEMBROKE’S brand new secondary school, Ysgol Harri Tudur/ Henry Tudor School, will be holding an open evening today, September 20.

Headteacher Mrs Kite said she hoped many parents would come for a guided tour and see the facilities available to pupils in the new school.

“There will be an opportunity to visit classrooms, departmental areas, see communal areas and talk to pupils, students, governors and staff,” she said.

“We will also be offering a sample taster menu from Pembrokeshire County Council’s catering service, who provide our school meals.

“Please do not feel you will miss out if you are unable to attend on Thursday evening, there will be further opportunities for open visits over the forthcoming weeks and months.”

The doors will open at 4pm and the event finishes at 5.40pm.
