The family of a 23-year-old man killed in a crash on the M4 have paid tribute to a "much loved son, partner and brother".
Simon Jones, from Llanelli, was involved in a road traffic collision on the M4 motorway on Monday, July 9.
The collision happened on the westbound carriageway of the M4, between Junction 47 Penllergaer and Junction 48 Hendy at around 3pm.
It involved a white Seat Ibiza and a White Mercedes Sprinter van.
Simon’s family has paid the following tribute to him.
“Simon was the bass player of our lives. A much loved son, partner and brother, he was so kind, gentle and loving and this reflected in his choice to become a carer.
“Simon was a cheeky, fun loving young man who loved his music and lived his life to the full, he had so much to look forward to and we are devastated that this has been so tragically cut short, he will be greatly missed by all.”
Anyone who witnessed the collision but has not yet given an account to police, is asked to contact 101, quoting occurrence 1800254442.
Officers would also like to hear from anyone who may have dash-cam footage of the incident or either of the cars prior to the collision.
