Coaltown Coffee has become the latest business from the Amman Valley to take its place as an official product on sale in the National Assembly for Wales.
The coffee joins Corgi Hosiery and other Carmarthenshire products which can be purchased from the official Senedd shops, as well as being used in the Assembly restaurants and canteens.
NOMNOM Chocolate from Llanboidy and dairy products from Newcastle Emlyn are also available to AMs, staff and Cardiff Bay visitors.
Local AM Adam Price said he was delighted the Assembly recently took the decision to make Coaltown Coffee its coffee supplier – a move he said was a testament to the quality of the coffee.
Mr Price said: “I was absolutely delighted to walk into the Assembly canteen recently and see a sign on the table that Ammanford’s Coaltown Coffee was now going to be used in all coffee outlets in the Senedd.
“This is a huge achievement for Scott and his team at Coaltown, and is a testament to the quality of the coffee.
“It’s fantastic to see yet another Amman Valley business selling its product in the Welsh Parliament.”"
