A LLANDOVERY man is to stand trial accused of forcing a woman to have sex with other men.
Luke Francis James Southgate appeared before Llanelli magistrates on December 23 when he denied engaging in behaviour which was “controlling or coercive” towards the woman, who cannot be named for legal reasons, between December 29, 2015, and December 22, 2017.
The 27-year-old also denied assaulting the woman on December 21.
Southgate is due to appear before Swansea crown court on January 23 and was remanded in custody in the meantime.
