Organisers of the Viva Las Vegas for Cancer, held at the Seven Stars, Llechryd, present cheques for £1,000 to representatives of Cardigan Cancer Care and the Haematology Department West Wales General Hospital.
Two cheques of £1,000 each were recently presented to Cardigan Cancer Care and Haematology Department West Wales General Hospital.
The proceeds were the result of a fundraising day - 'Viva Las Vegas for Cancer' - held at the Seven Stars, Llechryd, which included a big breakfast challenge, casino night and entertainment by an Elvis impersonator.
The event celebrated 25 years since Matthew Penny underwent a Bone Marrow transplant to treat Hodgkin's Lymphoma.
