TWO siblings from Llandeilo are returning to the sofa to take part in the second series of a Channel 4 hit TV show.

Ysgol Teilo Sant pupils William and Molly Edwards first hit our screens in Gogglesprogs in December 2015 and later became the stars of the first series of the Gogglebox spin-off series which see’s children give their honest opinion on what is on the box.

Since their appearance on the TV series, the duo have gone on to present an award to Mary Berry at the National Television Awards and recently appeared on Good Morning Britain with Ben Shepherd and Kate Garraway.

Discussing the latest series, Molly told the South Wales Guardian about the programmes she has watched so far.

“I loved watching Britain’s Got Talent and Ant and Dec Saturday Night Takeaway, said Molly 7.

“Ant and Dec were in dinosaur suits, and I really like them.

“We also got to watch Mrs Doubtfire and it was so funny.”

William, 9 added: “I am so glad that Tokyo Miles won Britain’s Got Talent and his song was brilliant.

“One of my favourite programmes to watch was Planet Earth 2 because I love nature and learning.”

As well as watching entertainment programmes, mum Ellen explained that the duo also get to watch more educational programmes.

She said: “William enjoyed watching Planet Earth 2 and they also watched news coverage about the election and it is really interesting watching their response.

“They also have watched The Undateables this series and it was really nice to see what they had to say about all the characters.”

Ellen gets to approve all the clips before they are shown to the children, but she admits that she hides behind the cushion at the some of the comments made by the duo.

“They have recently been talking on camera about how much I like red wine, but I honestly don’t drink that much so I don’t know where they have got that from.”

William and Molly will be continuing to film the latest series over the next few weeks at home.

Gogglesprogs starts on June 9 at 8pm on Channel 4.
