Staff and volunteers at the Ammanford branch of the Tenovus cancer charity shop have been crowned queens of the Quay Street after scooping first prize for their Enchanted Boar window display.
The prize was awarded as part of the town's Twrch Trwyth festival, which culminated in the two-day event at Ammanford Park on September 19 and 20.
Ammanford town centre manager Andrew Shufflebottom and deputy mayor Alex Smith presented staff with their shield and £30 of vouchers for use in Y Cigydd.
"The ladies created a fantastic display that was a clear winner," said Mr Shufflebottom.
"They really got into the spirit of the event and everyone at the shop dressed up.
"It was a fantastic effort."
Mr Smith added: "Tenovus were deserving winners.
"They were by far the best in this year's competition."
Tenovus assistant manager Jennifer Hughes said the staff and volunteers were delighted with the win.
"The credit really goes to volunteer Sandy Youde, who did a great job making the boar."
Sandy used only recycled materials to make the boar, the full window display and the costumes worn by the ladies on the days leading up to the festival.
"I was really pleased," said Sady.
"The whole thing was recycled using items from the shop."
