An Ammanford man is to stand trial accused of attempting to pervert justice and perjury.
Trevor Richardson, of The Cabin, Bryncoch Farm, attended a plea and case management hearing before Judge Paul Thomas at Swansea crown court.
The 49-year-old denied attempting to pervert the course of justice between June 3 and September 20, 2013, by producing CCTV footage which had been, in fact, edited.
Richardson also denied perjury by appearing as a witness at Carmarthen crown court on September 27, 2013, and making a false statement by saying he had not thrown a rock at a JCB digger.
Richardson, a company manager, will stand trial on a date to be fixed, probably at Newport crown court.
He was granted bail meanwhile.
