A man has come forward following a public appeal by British Transport Police in relation to an incident onboard a Cardiff to Chester train in March.
An incident occurred on the 8.55pm Cardiff to Chester service on Saturday, March 14 – the day Wales played Ireland at home in the RBS Six Nations.
The 28-year-old man, from Usk, will be interviewed by officers in due course.
Sergeant Philip Hyatt said: “I would like to thank the members of the public who came forward with information as it has proved very useful in furthering our investigation.”
