The Emma Christopher hair salon has been crowned winner of the Ammanford Best Dressed Christmas Shop Window following an inspection of the entrants by members of the town council.
Mayor Jonathan Jennings presented a certifcate and a cheque for £100 to salon manager Emma Christopher-Jones following the closely-fought contest.
"We are delighted," said Emma, who joined staff Christie Griffiths and Melissa Stephens in creating the display with a Frozen theme for the salon at 7 College Street .
"It's absolutely brilliant to win," said Christie. "We really enjoyed creating the display."
"Councillor Jennings said: "Everybody in town did a fantastic job and put in a grand effort for the christmas window display.
"There was a fantastic standard of entries.
"I would like to thank everyone who took part on behalf of the town council for getting into the spirit of the event and creating their displays.
"It has been a massive amount of fun."
