AMMANFORD Town Council have organised a spooktacular fright-night packed with fun, frolics and of course the odd ghost or two will be making an appearance.

The event will be held in Ammanford Park on Friday, October 31, at 5pm with the main parade starting from around 5.45pm.

There will be prizes for best boy/girl costumes, aged up to 11, so get making your scary outfits and join in the ghostly parade.

Do not forget your pumpkins either as there will also be a prize for the best carved.

A spokesman from Ammanford Town Council said: “We are keen on a safe controlled environment and will be offering some free goodies such as hot chocolate, marshmallow kebabs, goodie bags”.

“There will be plenty of decorations and spooky surprises in store for everybody, expect something different in the park that night."

The council have organised the ghostly event where different generations of Ammanford people and beyond can come enjoy the lovely park.
