PROPOSAL: Plans have been submitted for signs advertising the new Kentucky Fried Chicken outlet in Cross Hands.
CROSS HANDS' newest fast food business has applied for an advertising sign for their new drive-through.
Carmarthenshire County Council has received an application from Yum! Restaurants International Ltd for an illuminated sign for the upcoming KFC restaurant being built on Llandeilo Road.
The proposed sign would be 8metres by 2.53metres and would be situated at the new restaurant, which is on the site of the former Bowling Buildings.
Applications to discharge conditions relating to Japanese knotweed management and acoustic management were also submitted by Yum! Restaurants Ltd.
Planners approved the application to build the new KFC last year. It is thought the outlet will bring around 45 jobs to the area
