MAGISTRATES have jailed a Cross Hands man after he consistently breached court orders.
Marc Morrison, of 30 Caeglas, admitted to Llanelli magistrates that he had failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Essex magistrates in February.
The order had been made after the 26-year-old had broken an anti- molestation order against contacting a Kirsty Aspin and by shouting abuse at her in Essex in September 2013. He also admitted both these original offences.
Morrison also admitted a fourth charge of failing to surrender to custody while on bail.
Magistrates sentenced Morrison to 12 weeks imprisonment claiming the offences were so serious because the defendant has a flagrant disregard for court orders and that no other sentence was appropriate.
