TRIAL DATE: A 78-year-old Saron man has appeared in court accused of exposing himself to passing care workers.
A 78-year-old Saron pensioner has denied “gratuitously” exposing himself to care workers passing by his home.
Phillips Charles Roberts, of 13 Llys yr Ysgol, appeared before Llanelli magistrates to plead not guilty to causing a public nuisance due to indecent exposure.
Roberts is accused of “indecently exposing his genitals through the window of his home to passing care workers” between October 1, 2013, and March 1, 2014.
Roberts is next due to appear at Swansea Crown Court on May 30.
