The girls, aged 14 and 12, damaged 23 parked cars in the village during one destructive spree.

The two were behind 92 percent of all crimes reported in the village during March.

Pathetic !! What about the victims cars? Who pays for the damage. These two little brats should be made to pay for any damage caused. When are we going to get tough on crime? I am sure their parents must be so proud !!
