THE Green Valley festival in Cwmtwrch is back again this year with another stella line-up.

Appearing on the Blues main stage will be Sisters in Grease, a duo who have played at the pinical of the British blues stages. Charli Bicknell, a talented 19-year-old singer/songwriter from Llandeilo will give a memorable performance, plus British Blues Band of 2012 Babajack.

Performing on the Saturday, will be Blues Train a fierce six piece, performing the early Stones, Pretty Things, Animals and no frill RnB. Sure to be a highlight of the weekend Pat Grover and the Hawks, a real British Bluesman, boogie woogie blues at its very best. Pat arrived on the London scene from Newcastle back in 1969 and was spotted by Alexis Korner and Mike Raven for their radio shows. After touring with Alexis Corner and becoming a veteran of the London Blues scene, Pat became a stalwart of venues such as the 100 Club and the Marquee club and toured with the likes of Lightnin' Slim, Champion Jack Dupree and The Johnny Mars Band. The co-founder and president of Tenby Blues Festival, Pat Grover brings his new rocking five piece band The Hawks to the Urban roots Green Valley Festival.

Also singing will be Cwmtwrch festival regular, Seasick Steve soundalike - Sicknote Steve will bring his classic and authentic blues, which is always a huge crowd pleaser.
