DYFED-Powys Police are trying to trace the identity of a brazen bike thief who made off on a bicycle left momentarily outside Ammanford Post Office.
The owner of the cycle had left the bike unlocked and unattended for just a fewseconds as he called into the post office.
The image, taken from a town centre CCTV camera, shows the thief moments before he calmly climbed onto the cycle and pedalled away at 3.20pm on Saturday, October 27.
Officers are urging anyone who recognises the man to contact their nearest police station.
They are also seeking information on the whereabouts of the bike – a whiteKTM Chicago, 2009 model, with a 19-inch frame.
