Crime writer to launch controversial noir thriller

AMMANFORD-BASEDcrime writer Sally Spedding will be launching Malediction, her controversial, noir thriller set in France, on Sunday, September 30, at the Dylan Thomas Birth Place, 5 Cwmdonkin Drive, Uplands,Swansea.

From 10.30am-1.30pm, Sally will be tutoring an intensive crime-writing workshop called Family Foes for any aspiring writers. Cost, £25, to include abuffet lunch.

At 7pm she will be giving a talk on Malediction and signing copies.

Refreshments will be served and all are welcome.

Sally has justwon the sixth international Anglo-Welsh Poetry Competition 2012 from a record number of entries from around the world, with her poem, She Wears Green. She adjudicated the competition in 2011 after winning it in 2010.
