Saturday, April 14: A 70s themed disco will be held at Betws RFC from 7.30pm.

Entrance £3, come dressed in the ‘Spirit of the Seventies’ – the more glitter the better! All proceeds going to Breakthrough Breast Cancer.

Sunday, April 15: PantyffynnonWard Action and Plodders Groups will be holding a table top sale and craft fair with refreshments at the Pensioners’ Hall, Ammanford, from 10am until 1pm. Friday, April 20: Hamsa Yoga and Meditation and Earth Peace Meditation from 2pmuntil 3.30pm at Harmony’s, College Street, Ammanford. All proceeds to go to charity.

Friday, April 27: Members of the Mothers’ Union will be holding an afternoon tea,with cake stall and raffle, at the Pensioners’ Hall, Ammanford, at 3pm. Admission is £1 and everyone is welcome.

The money raised will support the work of the Mothers’ Union overseas and also provide holidays for local families who are experiencing difficulties and desperately need a break. It is hoped for a good response from the public.

Friday, November 23: Theatre trip to see Dirty Dancing at the Millennium Centre, Cardiff. Top-price theatre ticket plus coach from Ammanford £69.
