Christmas is almost here and there’s no better way to celebrate than with Christmas Dinner among friends.

Ammanford Evangelical Church offers a free Christmas Day lunch for those less fortunate members of the community.

The scheme has proved a huge success in recent years and the church plans to continue the tradition this year.

The meal will be held between 1pm and 3pm on Christmas Day at the Ammanford Pensioners Hall.

For those unable to travel to the Hall, the church can also arrange free transport thanks to volunteers.

So if you feared you would be eating alone this year, come along and enjoy great food, great company and great friends.
