NEW International Encounters are set to bring their theatre production of North North North to Pontardawe Arts Centre on Thursday (March 20).

In 1897 three Swedish adventurers headed for the North Pole in a hydrogen filled balloon. Their aim was to explore new lands and to map the undiscovered Arctic.

They cut the anchor on July 11 and were never seen alive again...

Using an international cast, storytelling, physical theatre and live music, award winning New International Encounters invite you to join them for an exhilarating journey into one of the worlds last great wilderness areas.

A journey full of hope and daring do, of frostbite and patriotic songs. A dream and a nightmare of the great white north.

The performance starts at 7.30pm.

Tickets priced at £9 full, £7 concessions, £5 students and accompanying children 12-16 pay just £1.

Ring 01792 863722 or go online pontardaweartscentre.com for tickets.
