AMMANFORD Miners' Theatre welcomes popular Cardiff-based choir CF1 to the venue later this month for a special performance in support of the Carmarthenshire National Eisteddfod 2014.

Cor CF1 formed in 2002, with members originating from all over Wales, including Ammanford's very own Richard Vaughan, the choir's assistant musical director and accompanist.

Richard, a former Ysgol Dyffryn Aman pupil, has been a professional piano tutor since the age of 15 and continues to teach privately.
