Bridget’s lowdown on donkey mystery

AFTER a hugely successful sell-out Edinburgh run, Bridget Christie’s new show, War Donkey is at Swansea Grand Theatre’s Depot Studio on Friday, November 16, from 8pm.

War Donkey received ten four-star reviews and was featured on BBC2’s Culture Show as one of Sue Perkins’ top five shows of the Fringe. It was also picked as one of GQ’s ten essential Edinburgh shows.

Bridget Christie is a regular panellist on Radio 4’s News Quiz and Broadcasting House. She has recently filmed a cameo role in Anna and Katy’s new series for Channel 4 and a spot for Comedy Central’s newThe Alternative Comedy Experience.

She has starred in a number of TV and radio comedies, including Sarah Millican’s Support Group, Miranda Hart’s House Party, Cardinal Burns’ E4 series, and Harry Hill’s Little Internet Show as well as appearing live on Alexei Sayle Presents.

Bridget’s previous Edinburgh shows have been comedy picks in The Metro, Independent, The Guardian, The Times, The Stage, The List, Scotsman, The Skinny, and The Sunday Times.

Her 2010 show, A Ant, was in the top ten best reviewed shows for that year and featured in BBC2’s The Culture Show.
