A TWO-DAY health and well-being expo is due to take place in Swansea at the end of the month.
The event – which runs from Saturday, March 31, to Sunday, April 1 – will offer free nutrition advice, blood pressure checks and holistic therapies as well as more than 40 informative talks on a wide variety of health-related subjects.
With more than 75 stands, an ecofriendly and Fair trade area alongside an organic fair, the event provides all the information and advice needed to improve the health and well-being of you and your family.
Held in association with the Old Mill cancer foundation, the event is due to take place at the Swansea Leisure Complex.
Day tickets cost £3.50 or £2.75 for those with concessions while full weekend tickets are available for £6.
Tickets will be available on the door.
