There will be ‘Some Enchanted Evening’ in Llandeilo next month.

With a glass of wine in your hand, feel the tingle of the always-moving ‘Ar Lan y Môr’, ’Dim ond Ti’, and ‘I’ll Walk Beside You’, and foot-tap to ‘I Got Rhythm’, ’cos - wait for it - I ‘Can’t Help Lovin’ Dat Man’!

For the price of a £12 ticket, you are invited to escape with Aled and Eleri Edwards through songs from the shows, plus some Bernstein and Robat Arwyn from the Cantorion Llandeilo Singers and solos from three up-and-coming young singers who have received music education at Ysgol Bro Dinefwr.

Aled and Eleri are well-loved Welsh international singing celebrities who have a farm at Cilycwm.

They raise their own Limousin herd and export the genes around the world.

The late summer concert is a popular tradition of Cantorion Llandeilo Singers and raises funds to finance the choral works during the rest of the year.

The choral concerts in turn raise money for local charities through sponsorship and ticket sales, and this year the charity is Tenovus.

The ticket price of £12 includes a finger buffet.

There will be a licensed wine bar to help you to relax and a raffle.

Tickets are available from Peppercorn in King Street, Llandeilo, at the door, or by phoning 01558 685542.

The concert is at Ysgol Bro Dinefwr on Saturday, October 6 at 7pm.
