A great evening of music is heading to Llandeilo next week.

'Texas Tornado' guitarist Rodney Branigan will be performing in the evening marquee at Llandeilo at the rear of the Salutation Inn on Friday, September 28.

After recently playing at Glastonbury Extravaganza for Michael Eves this summer, he will be featured at the next Glastonbury festival on the Avalon stage.

The Texas-born axeman has headlined guitar festivities throughout the world, both as a classical artiste and soulful singer

He continues to sell out, but his unique style and flamboyant visual display with two guitars at a time and percussive one man band show in the second half is what usually blows his punters away.

Rodney has headlined both the Pembrey fest in 2015 and Celtic Blue Rock festival in Cardiganshire five years ago then came back to Wales on a sell-out session tour two years ago after basing himself in Bath with his family full time .

A full lighting show will accommodate the performance to create an idyllic setting for a great night out for £10.

He is supported by three-piece Celtic band Moon gazer, a band from Neath featuring some of South Wales top session players with an 8pm start .

Tickets are available at the Salutation Inn on 01558 824235 or 07734012370
