An evening of entertainment was held at the Pensioners Hall in Ammanford last weekend.
Growing Together Group hosted their Big Night Out event on Friday, March 24 where over £200 was raised for the organisation which meet once a month.
Opening with show with a welcome, and a few jokes, was Master of Ceremonies Nantlais Richards before Eifion and Keri, a well-known lock duo, took to the stage to perform a variety of traditional Welsh songs which amazed the crowd.
Following on came Terry, a brilliant entertainer with a wonderful voice and an excellent 60’s repertoire.
He had the crowd singing along within minutes of being on stage.
Before the interval and raffle, the audience were treated to a set from Nantlais, who sang a few ballads and continued to make the crown laugh with more jokes.
Once the raffle was drawn Eifion and Keri, Terry and Nantlais rounded off the evening with each doing further sessions of music and singing.
Growing Together Group entertainment organiser David Nantlais said: “Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the evening and we are very pleased with how the show went.”
