Nishi Kaigan Ju Jitsu

Nishi Kaigan Jujitsu teaches a traditional form of Japanese self defence. The form of Jujitsu taught is Goshin Jujitsu. This includes throwing, locking, ground fighting and counter attacks etc. It is taught in a friendly environment by an instructor with twenty years training in this martial art.
