PHILLIP EVANS ''Phil'' Jeff, Julie and Kate would like to thank family, friends and neighbours for the kindness and support given following the sudden death of Phillip a much loved son and brother. Also a special thank you to the two duty firemen and staff who administered CPR at the scene, the emergency services and the West Wales General Hospital Accident and Emergency Unit. A special thanks to the Rev. John Talfryn Jones and Richard Williams from Hywel Griffiths Funeral Directors for the support and kindness given throughout this difficult time and for conducting the funeral service with such care and dignity.
