CLEMENT-WOOD Ann Marie Philip, Stacey, Andrew, Samuel, Joshua, Jacob, Rita and friend Howard would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kindness, messages of sympathy shown during their sad loss of a loving mother, mamgu and daughter. Thank you for the cards, flowers and donations for the Heart Foundation Wales. Grateful thanks to the Bearers, Mark Williams, Sean Millton, Mathew Morgan and Mike Jones and all who attended the funeral at Morriston Crematorium. Sincere thanks to the Rev. Ann Howells for her kind encouraging words of comfort. Also thanks to D. Wynne Evans & Sons, Funeral Directors of Gwynan, 101 Penygroes Road, Blaenau, Ammanford SA18 3BZ for support and compassion given. Grateful thanks to Maria Davies for arranging the catering and refreshments and all who helped. Diolch o galon i pawb.
