EVANS Rachel Winifred Jennifer, Darren and Liz would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind messages of sympathy. For cards, flowers and donations for the Acute Stroke Unit, Prince Philip Hospital, during their sad loss of a much loved Mother and Mam. Grateful thanks to all who attended the funeral at Morriston Crematorium. Thanks to the Rev. Ryan Isaac-Thomas for his moving funeral service. Thank you to Kim and Gareth, Funeral Directors, for their support and compassion given during this sad time. Special thanks to all who helped with the food and refreshments. Diolch o galon i pawb.
