EVANS Andrea Lynne Hazel, Denzil, Tracey and Owen would like to extend their sincere thanks to family and friends for the cards, flowers and support on their sad loss of a much loved daughter, sister, auntie, grandaughter, niece and cousin. Thank you to the Bearers and to everyone who attended the funeral; to the Paramedics and the ICU Ward at Prince Philip Hospital. Thank you to the Rev. John Maunder for the service and to Richard and Peter of Griffiths Brothers, Bwtrimawr, for carrying out the funeral with dignity and respect. Thank you to the Mountain Gate and to Jan and Gwyn of the Great Western for the refreshments. Thank you to everyone who gave donations for the South Wales Organ Donation Transplant.
