Mrs Audrey Vivienne Jones Mrs. Audrey Vivienne Jones of 14 Union Street, Ammanford died aged 86, on June 18th in Glangwili Hospital after a short illness. She worked originally in Fletcher's shop and then became a hairdresser. Mrs. Jones was predeceased by her husband Devonald Parry Jones. She is survived by her son Devonald, wife Julie, grand-daughter Catherine and brother Roland. The funeral took place at All Saints Church, Ammanford, followed by burial at Ammanford Public Cemetery. Officiating Minister was. Rev Canon Michael Rees. Mourners were Devonald and Julie (son and daughter in law), Catherine (grand-daughter), Roland and Rita (brother and sister in law), Ken and Janice Hullin (Julie's parents), Leslie and Julie, Ramsay, Kenny and Pauline, Leanda, Steve and Hannah, Paul Temple. Susan and Betty and Joan and David Rees, Wreaths were from Devonald, Julie and Catherine, Roland and Rita, Ken and Janice Hullin. Flowers for the House, Leanda, Steve, David, Adam and Hannah. Cartref Annwyl-Fan Care Home, Susan, Janet and families, Ken and Jan Hullin and Andrea (friend and neighbour). Acknowledgement The family wish to thank relatives, friends, neighbours and work colleagues from Cartref Annwyl Fan Care Home and Arriva Trains Wales ( Swansea Office) for their expressions of sympathy, cards, flowers and donations. Special thanks to Rita and Ramsey and Alan James. A special mention to the doctors and nurses at Brynteg Surgery and the Chemists at Lloyds Brynmawr Avenue for their care of Audrey. We must also thank CrossHands Care Services for their utmost devotion and care shown for Audrey. Also to H.M. Griffiths Bwtrimawr where all the staff carried out the arrangements with dignity, respect and understanding. Donations received amounted to a three figure sum for Air Ambulance Wales.
