DAVIES Ruth (Ruthie) Peacefully on Friday, June 22nd at Cartref Annwyl Fan, Betws, Ruth formerly of Cwmamman Road, Glanamman. Beloved wife of the late Councillor Jack Davies, loving mother of Janet and Kendal, respected mother-in-law of Christopher and Jane and cherished sister of Esmond and the late Daniel. Funeral on Monday, July 9th. Service for family and friends at Bethesda Chapel, Glanamman at 12.30p.m. and thereafter at Llanelli Crematorium at 2.00p.m. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu, if so desired, to either the British Red Cross or Cwmamman Blind Society kindly received by Keith Morgan and Hywel Griffiths, Funeral Directors, 40a Cwmamman Road, Glanamman, Ammanford SA8 1DJ.
