SMITH Vernon Peacefully on Monday, July 11th at Prince Philip Hospital, Llanelli, Vernon of Maesquarre Road, Betws, Ammanford. Devoted husband of Gwyneth, much loved father of Michael and Byron, dear father-in-law of Nichola and Cath, a loving grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and uncle. Funeral on Friday July 22nd service at the Chapel of Rest, Bwtrimawr, Betws at 2.00p.m. followed by interment at St. David’s New Burial Ground, Betws. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu, if so desired, to the Chronic Disease Management Team kindly received by Hywel Griffiths and Sons, Funeral Directors, Bwtrimawr 39 Betws Road, Betws, Ammanford SA18 2HE
