Davies David John (Dai Cook) Peacefully on Monday, October 13th at Glangwili Hospital, Carmarthen. Dai of Maes yr Hendre, Garnant. Beloved husband of the late Llinos, loving father of Malcolm and Keith, respected father in law of Christine, devoted grandfather of Angharad, Melissa, Paul and Nicholas and a cherished great- grandfather of Courteney, Callum and Harri. Funeral on Monday, October 27th. Service for family and friends at Christ Church, Twyn, Garnant at 12.00noon followed by cremation at Llanelli Crematorium at 1.30p.m. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu, if so desired, to the Adult Critical Care Unit at Glangwili Hospital, Carmarthen kindly received by Keith Morgan and Hywel Griffiths, Funeral Directors, 40a Cwmamman Road, Glanamman, Ammanford SA18 1DJ
